This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Russian (ru) region.
The article describes that the Staff Accounting update for Russia is available to XML format of a new 6-NDFL report in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.
According to the order of Federal Tax Service No MMB-7-11/450@ from October 14, 2015, a new mandatory report "6-NDFL" is introduced.
To comply with the requirements, the following changes have been implemented:

A new parameter to mark Dividends is introduced (Staff accounting > Income tax > Setup > Tax calculation settings > General (tab) > Income data register (section) > Dividends income groups);

The following new columns are introduced in Income tax register details (Staff accounting > Income tax > Income data register > Composition (tab):
+ Deductions;
+ Dividends;
+ Tax on dividends;
+ Refund amount. -
A new tab "Totals" is added to show the data used for the generation of Section 1 of 6-NDFL report (sub-totals by tax rates and grand totals);

A new tab "Income/Totals" is added to show the data used for the generation of Section 2 of 6-NDFL report (based on paid pay-sheets);

XML format of 6-NDFL report is generated by using a new function (Staff accounting > Income tax > Income data register > Create a file > 6-NDFL;

A new tab "View 6-NDFL file" is added to view a generated XML file/files.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
File information
The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
