This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Brazil (br) region.
Symptoms
The TaxExemptPct tax feature is not enabled for Brazil in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2. Therefore, item costs are calculated incorrectly in the general ledger vouchers of importation.
The "Majoração do Cofins" legal requirement over import operations cannot be performed due to the incorrect cost calculation. The Cofins that applies to the importation is 8.6%, but only 7.6% is recoverable, the other 1% is cost and should be added to the item costs.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, this hotfix contains the following changes:

Enable the calculation on the TaxTable methods

Fix the field attribution on the Tax class

Fix the fiscal document text tag replacement to read the amount correctly

Fix NF-e to print the correct amount on DANFE and write on XML
-
Fix the SISCOMEX exchange rate conversion
