Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You have a Windows 8.1 system installed with a Wi-Fi Direct (WFD) app.

You installed a new app that declares USB, HID or Bluetooth capabilities.

You use the WFD app to try to access WFD.
In this scenario, the WFD app cannot access the WFD.
Resolution
