As a firstline worker, you’ll see your new assignments in the Tasks app of Teams, on your mobile device or computer. 

  1. Go to Tasks in Teams and select Assigned to you.

  2. In the list of tasks, select one to see the details.

  3. When you’re ready to begin a task, select Progress and then select In progress.

In the Tasks app, the whole team can view the progress of all the tasks. And if several people are assigned to the same task, all assignees are informed if someone starts or completes it. 
 
When you finish a task, select Progress and then select Completed
 

Tips: 

  • You can add a photo to the completed task to highlight your work!  

  • Select Add Attachment in the task details, and then either take a photo or select one you took earlier.

Notes: 

  • Most of the fields in your task details are editable, should that become necessary.

  • To view your team’s progress on completing the current plan, log in to Teams on a computer. For info on the available views, see Track your team’s progress.
