When you use Teams with multiple accounts, there’s a very small chance that you'll notice you're signed in to an app you're using within Teams with a different account than you expected.
Rest assured that there’s no privacy concern. No other team member will be able to view or access the app content you’re seeing.
In the rare event this happens, sign out of the app (if possible) and sign back in with the account you want.
