Symptoms
Assume that you connect a Microsoft Lync Phone Edition for a telephone through a USB connection to a computer that's running Skype for Business 2016. When you answer Response Group Service (RGS) calls from the telephone as an agent of a response group in Skype for Business 2016, the conversation window changes to Compact View, and the call control features are unavailable. For example, you cannot transfer the calls.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the October 10, 2017, security update for Skype for Business 2016 (KB4011159).
