Symptoms
After a network disruption, you may receive the following error message:
The HTTP send adapter cannot complete the transmission within the specified time.
In this situation, HTTP send ports may stall until the service is restarted.
Resolution
The fix that resolves this issue is included in the following updates for BizTalk Server
Cumulative Update 5 for BizTalk Server 2016
Cumulative Update 8 for BizTalk Server 2013 R2
