FIX: JSON encoder does not always handle unbounded nodes as arrays

Symptoms

Assume that you try to convert XML to JSON by using a custom pipeline in Microsoft BizTalk Server. If AddXmlDeclaration is set to true in the XML Assembler pipeline component before the JSON Encoder pipeline component, you notice that JSON encoder may not be able to convert unbounded nodes as array.

Status

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

Resolution

This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
