This update replaces no previously released updates for Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server.

Update package installation information

To apply this update, you must follow the steps that are described in Updates for Skype for Business Server 2019 (KB4470124) on computers that are running the following server roles:

• Skype for Business Server 2019, Standard Edition server

• Skype for Business Server 2019, Enterprise Edition - Front End Server

• Skype for Business Server 2019, Edge Server

Removal information

Before you uninstall this update, you must first uninstall all updates of core components whose version number is 7.0.2046.116 or later for Skype for Business Server 2019, core components. Otherwise, you won't be able to start the RTCSRV service.

To remove both updates, follow these steps.

Note We recommend that you see the instructions that are described in Updates for Skype for Business Server 2019 (KB4470124) when you remove both updates.

1. Open Control Panel, and then select Program.

2. Select Installed Updates.

3. Uninstall all updates of core components that are of version 7.0.2046.116 or a later version.

4. Uninstall the following update for Skype for Business Server 2019 (Front End server and Edge server) that is of version 7.0.2046.116:
   
   Press and hold (or right-click) Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server (KB4506173) with version 7.0.2046.116. Then, select Uninstall.
