Symptoms

Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012). After the security update for SQL Server 2012 SP4 GDR (KB 4057116) is installed automatically through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), you cannot open Report Builder.
