Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

A user adds some values to a multi-valued string property in anEditProfile.aspx page multi-valued on a Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 site.

An administrator selects the Do not allow users to edit values for this property option in the multi-valued string property.

The user opens the EditProfile.aspx page again to view the values in the multi-valued string property.
In this scenario, the values that were added to the multi-valued string property cannot be displayed on the EdiProfile.aspx page.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, apply this following hotfix package:
