Symptômes
Vous utilisez le processus de gestion d’entrepôt pour renvoyer des éléments WMS contrôlée dans Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. Lorsque vous validez un journal des arrivées pour retourner des articles en stock, le message d’erreur suivant s’affiche :
Impossible de réduire la quantité commandée car il n’y a pas assez de mouvements de stock en cours dotés du statut commandé. Les articles achetés, reçus ou enregistrés.
Ce problème se produit si la quantité retournée est supérieure à une quantité de palette complète.

Les date et heure de création de ces fichiers sont exprimées en temps universel coordonné (UTC). Lorsque vous affichez les informations des fichiers, les données sont converties en heure locale. Validation de l’installation de correctifs d’application
Pour valider l’installation du correctif d’application, ouvrez la classe SysHotfixManifest dans l’arbre d’objets d’Application (AOA), puis vérifiez qu’il existe une méthode dont le nom est le même que le numéro d’article du correctif installé. En outre, vous pouvez comparez les objets affectés en affichant le fichier KB967115.txt sur les objets dans l’AOA. Par conséquent, il se peut que vous pouvez vous assurer que les objets sont modifiées correctement dans la couche SYP ou la GLP.
