  1. Open Windows Explorer and select OneDrive in the left pane.  Files and folders that are only online have the  OneDrive file status available online cloud icon icon in the status column. 

  2. Select the files or folder you want offline, and right-click the name.

  3. Select Always keep on this device. Status should change first to The sync in progress iconSync in progress, and then to Always on this device green checkmark icon Always on this device.
