Symptoms
As the size of the database grows, you notice that the element orders in schemas that are generated and used in runtime by the WCF-SQL adapter are random.
Status
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative updates for BizTalk Server:
