Symptoms
Consider the following call transfer scenarios in Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015:

A Skype for Business user calls to a Cisco end point user and the Cisco user transfers the call to an Avaya end point user.

An Avaya end point user calls to a Skype for Business user and the Avaya user transfers the call to a Cisco end point user.

A Cisco end point user calls to a Skype for Business user and the Cisco user transfers the call to an Avaya end point user.
In these scenarios, the Skype for Business client doesn’t show the correct username and phone number. That means you are talking to user B, but you think you are talking to user A.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install one of the following updates:

The September 2020 cumulative update 7.0.2046.244 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Mediation Server.

The May 2020 cumulative update 6.0.9319.580 for Skype for Business Server 2015, Mediation Server.
