Gejala
Klien Microsoft Outlook yang menggunakan MAPI melalui HTTP untuk menyambung ke kotak surat Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 sewaktu-waktu terputus. Sebagai contoh, pengguna Cached Mode melihat pesan terputus yang ditampilkan di bilah status Outlook. Selain itu, Mode daring pengguna menerima pesan galat berikut saat mereka mencoba untuk memulai Outlook:
Tidak dapat memulai Microsoft Outlook. Tidak dapat membuka jendela Outlook. Pengaturan folder tidak dapat dibuka. Sambungkan ke Microsoft Exchange dengan profil saat ini sebelum Anda dapat menyinkronkan folder dengan file data Outlook (.ost).

Penyebab
Masalah ini terjadi jika pool aplikasi MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool atau MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool mengalami pengecualian ditangani.
Pemecahan masalah
Untuk memperbaiki masalah ini, instal 11 pemutakhiran kumulatif untuk Exchange Server 2013.
