Pendahuluan
Artikel ini menjelaskan masalah yang diperbaiki dalam Rollup Pembaruan 5 untuk Microsoft System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager Service Pack 1 (SP1). Selain itu, artikel ini berisi instruksi penginstalan untuk Update Rollup 5 untuk System Center 201 Data Protection Manager SP1.
Masalah yang diperbaiki dalam rollup pembaruan ini
Masalah 1
Banyak utas atau panggilan serentak ke Microsoft SQL Server dari konsol Manajer Perlindungan Data (DPM) menyebabkan kinerja SQL Server lambat. Ketika masalah ini terjadi, konsol DPM kehabisan koneksi ke SQL Server dan mungkin mengalami hang atau crash.
Masalah 2
Konsol DPM mengalami crash, dan Anda menerima pesan kesalahan yang menyerupai berikut ini:
Jalur yang dimulai dengan \\?\GlobalRoot bersifat internal untuk kernel dan tidak boleh dibuka oleh aplikasi yang dikelola.
Instruksi penginstalan
Catatan Hotfix yang dijelaskan dalam artikel Pangkalan Pengetahuan Microsoft 2886362 tidak disertakan dalam Pembaruan Rollup 5 untuk System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 SP1. Selain itu, Anda dapat menginstal hotfix 2886362 hanya setelah menginstal Update Rollup 3. Oleh karena itu, jika Anda ingin menginstal hotfix 2886362, instal Update Rollup 3 terlebih dahulu, lalu instal hotfix 2886362, lalu instal Update Rollup 5.
Catatan Tidak ada perbaikan DPM yang disertakan dalam Pembaruan Rollup 4 untuk System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 SP1.
Untuk menginstal pembaruan untuk Manajer Proteksi Data, ikuti langkah-langkah ini:

Sebelum Anda menginstal pembaruan ini, buat cadangan database Manajer Perlindungan Data.

Instal paket rollup di server yang menjalankan System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager SP1. Untuk melakukannya, jalankan Microsoft Update di server.
Catatan Sebelum Anda menginstal pembaruan ini melalui Microsoft Update, Konsol Manajer Perlindungan Data harus ditutup. Anda mungkin harus memulai ulang server Manajer Proteksi Data setelah menginstal paket rollup ini. -
Di Konsol Administrator Manajer Perlindungan Data, perbarui agen perlindungan. Untuk melakukan ini, gunakan salah satu metode berikut ini:

Buka Konsol Administrator Manajer Perlindungan Data.

Klik tab Manajemen , lalu klik tab Agen .

Dalam daftar Komputer yang Diproteksi , pilih komputer, lalu klik Perbarui pada panel Tindakan .

Klik Ya, lalu klik Perbarui Agen.
Catatan Anda mungkin harus memulai ulang komputer setelah Anda menginstal pemutakhiran agen.

Jalankan paket DPMAgentInstaller.exe yang sesuai di setiap komputer yang dilindungi, berdasarkan arsitektur agen.

Buka Konsol Administrator Manajer Perlindungan Data di server System Center 2012 Data Protection Manager SP1.

Klik tab Manajemen, lalu klik tab Agen.

Pilih komputer yang diproteksi, perbarui informasi, lalu verifikasi bahwa nomor versi agen adalah 4.1.3426.0.

Microsoft Update
Untuk mendapatkan dan menginstal paket pembaruan dari Microsoft Update, ikuti langkah-langkah ini di komputer yang memiliki komponen System Center 2012 SP1 yang berlaku yang terinstal:

Klik Mulai, dan kemudian klik Panel Kontrol.

Di Panel Kontrol, klik ganda Windows Update.

Di jendela Windows Update, klik Periksa Pembaruan Online dari Microsoft Update.

Klik Pembaruan penting tersedia.

Pilih Perbarui Rollup 5 paket yang ingin Anda instal, lalu klik OK.

Klik Instal pembaruan untuk menginstal paket pembaruan yang dipilih.
