Symptom

When you start FRx Report Launcher, you receive the error message “The Report Launcher database template File (FRxRm32.tpl) could not be found in the Sysdata directory. Copy the template file From another FRx installation or re-install FRx.”

Cause

The FRxQue32.tpl file is missing from the SysData folder

Resolution

Copy the FRxQue32.tpl file from the service pack install into the SysData folder.

More Information

The error message refers to the FRxRm32.tpl but the file that is missing is the FRxQue32.tpl.
