After you have installed Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise from Microsoft 365, you may find that when you click Manage Account (under File > Account) in an Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise application, you are not able to sign in to manage, deactivate, or reactivate your installation. This is because you are redirected to a global Microsoft 365 URL rather than the URL for Office 365 operated by 21Vianet. This is a known issue.

You can, however, manage your Office installation from within Microsoft 365. To do this:

  1. Sign in to Office 365 operated by 21Vianet with your user name and password.

  2. Click Settings (Settings: update your profile, install software and connect it to the cloud ) > Microsoft 365 Settings.

  3. Click Software.
