Sintomi
Il processo StoreWorker smette di rispondere in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 o 2016. Quando si verifica questo problema, le cassette postali vengono messi in quarantena e viene registrata la voce di errore seguente:

Risoluzione
Per risolvere il problema, installare i seguenti aggiornamenti cumulativi, in base alle esigenze:
