This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Brazilian (br) region.
Symptoms
Assume that you have a returned order for a purchase invoice that has the Access key field specified in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Brazil localization layer installed. When you run the NF-e Import process for the returned order, and then send the NF-e file to the government, the file is rejected. Additionally, you receive the following error message:

225 - Rejection: Failure in the XML Schema of the NF-e batch.
Cause
This problem occurs because the <refNFe> tag that contains the Access key value is missing in the XML file.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
