View or access your files offline

1. Open Windows Explorer and select OneDrive in the left pane. 
   Files and folders that are only online have the   icon in the status column. 

2. Select the files or folder you want offline, and right-click the name.

3. Select Always keep on this device. Status should change first to Sync in progress, and then to Always on this device.
