증상
프런트 엔드 풀의 여러 프런트 엔드 서버에는 Microsoft Lync Server 2013 환경에서이 문제가 발생 합니다.참고: Lync 파일 저장소의 CollabMetadata 폴더에 "Meeting.Active" 파일이 생성 됩니다.이 문제가 발생 하면 다음과 같은 이벤트 메시지가 나타납니다.Log Name: Lync Server Source: LS Data MCU Event ID: 41027 Level: Error Description: The content file store is full or unavailable, and no more data can be written to it. Content file store location: \\lyncshare.contoso.com\LYNC\1-WebServices-7\CollabMetadata\{XXXXXXX X-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}\ZRA20 5FZ Reason: The process cannot access the file \\lyncshare.contoso.com\LYNC\1-WebServices-7\CollabMetadata\{XXXXXXXX- XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX}\ZRA205FZ\Meeting.Active because it is being used by another process. Cause: The file store either has run out of space or is unavailable.
원인
다른 프런트 엔드 서버 풀에서 파일 풀의 프런트 엔드 서버 중 하나에 액세스 하는 후 새 모임에 대 한 "Meeting.Active" 파일을 액세스 하려고도이 문제가 발생 합니다.
해결 방법
이 문제를 해결 하려면 월 2015 누적 업데이트 Lync 서버 2013 웹 회의 서버를 설치 합니다.
