Symptoms
Assume that you apply some color, underlining and/or bold formats in the font to the conversation text in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016. When you run the Export-CsArchivingData cmdlet to export archiving data to monitor the end-user conversations, you find that the color in the text is missing.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the April 4, 2017, update (KB3178717) for Skype for Business 2016.
