Troubleshooting polls in GroupMe

When creating a poll, remember the following:

• There's a maximum of 10 voting options per poll.
• The poll title and each voting option has a maximum of 160 characters.
• The end date must be within the next two weeks (today + 14 days maximum).
• You can have up to 50 active polls per group chat.
• While anyone can create a poll, only the poll’s creator can end it.

If you’re having trouble creating a poll, it may be because:

• There are too many active polls in the group.
• There’s an issue with the poll title, voting options or end date.
• There’s a server problem. If this occurs, please try again later.
