Since April 21, 2020 Office 365 Services has been already migrated to Microsoft 365 Personal.
"Office 365 Services" was the home-use Office 365 subscription that was included with the "Office Premium Plus Office 365 Services" product included with Office Pre-installed PCs in Japan. "Office 365 Services" had provided part of the services of "Microsoft 365 Personal" (formerly known as "Office 365 Solo" in Japan at the time):

Frequently asked questions
How can I renew Microsoft 365 Personal with the Office 365 Service price going forward?
Currently, the renewal for "Microsoft 365 Personal" with the "Office 365 Services" price was already ended. If you let your existing subscription expire, you can still buy a new Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, but you will pay the current market price.
What happens if I don't renew my subscription?
If you didn't renew "Microsoft 365 Personal" after migrated from "Office 365 Services", the all services included with your subscription had no longer been available.
But, the Office apps activated by the perpetual license of the "Office Premium" included with your Office Pre-installed PC are available to use because the "Office Premium" and your subscription are each independent products.
If you need to reinstall them, sign in with your Microsoft account to Subscription page in Micrsoft account dashboard and check your "Office Premium" is shown under the section, Product you've purchased in that page. Select the Install link in it and follow the prompts to download an Office installer and re-install the "Office Premium" suite into your device.
