When you send instant messages (IM) in Hebrew between the Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 desktop client and its mobile client, the order of the Hebrew words in IM conversation is changed.
Resolution
To fix this issue, install the May 9, 2017, security update (KB3191858) for Skype for Business 2016.
