Symptoms
Assume that you have applied Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 4 (SP4), and then you create a SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report. When you open the report by using Internet Explorer, you cannot resize the parameter drop-down list.
Cause
This issue occurs because of a regression in SQL Server 2012 SP4.
