Symptoms
Assume that you want to promote context properties in an EDI schema. When you open the context menu from the schema view tree structure, and then you try to promote properties, Visual Studio 2019 steps responding.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
Resolution
This problem is fixed in the following cumulative update for BizTalk Server:
