Symptomer
Microsoft Outlook-klienter som bruker MAPI via HTTP til å koble til Microsoft Exchange Server-2013 postbokser er midlertidig frakoblet. For eksempel se bufret modus-brukere en frakoblet melding som vises på statuslinjen i Outlook. Også mottar følgende feilmelding når de prøver å starte Outlook i tilkoblet modus-brukere:
Kan ikke starte Microsoft Outlook. Kan ikke åpne Outlook-vinduet. Kan ikke åpne mappene. Du må koble til Microsoft Exchange med gjeldende profil før du kan synkronisere mappene med Outlook-datafilen (*.OST).

Årsak
Dette problemet oppstår når det oppstår et ubehandlet unntak for programutvalget som MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool eller MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool .
Oppløsning
Du kan løse dette problemet ved å installere Kumulativ oppdatering 11 for Exchange Server-2013.
