Symptoms
Assume that multiple users use the Microsoft Outlook synchronization wizard in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. When a record is inserted to the smmOutlookLastSync table, the Worker field is not populated for the record. Therefore, the user may receive the following error message in the Microsoft Outlook synchronization wizard:
Note
Cannot create a record in Last Microsoft Outlook synchronization (smmOutlookLastSync). Worker: 0, Contacts. The record already exists.
