If this is your first time logging in and your email address isn’t associated with a Microsoft or Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory), you’ll be asked to create a Microsoft account. If you already have one, make sure your email matches the user database. Contact your IT admin to confirm your UPN ID and Entra ID alternate ID are properly linked.
