Chat with Copilot in Outlook
Applies To
Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is deeply integrated into the app, allowing you to retrieve information contextually and take action, all while being able to use Outlook side by side with chat. It supports conversations about your organization's data, information from the web, questions about your inbox and calendar, and even allows you to take action directly in Outlook.
To access chat, sign in to Outlook with your work or school account and select the Copilot button located in the upper region of your Outlook app.
What you can do with Copilot Chat in Outlook depends on whether or not your admin assigned a Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on license to your work or school account.
