If you can't sign in

To protect your account, the Outlook.com team won't be able to help if you're having problems signing in. Use the Microsoft account sign-in helper to get back into your account.

If you can sign in

For self-help answers, or to get support via email, select Help from the top menu then Help Help.

  1. Enter your question or issue in the Search Help box on the right, and then press Return.

  2. If the self-help answers don't resolve your issue, try a different search, or if your search shows No results found, scroll to the bottom of the Help pane and, under Still need help?, select Yes.

    Tip

    If you've clicked a link to one of our articles, you may need to select the back arrow in the Help pane to see the Still need help? option.

If you're not getting any replies from support

If your mailbox is full, we won't be able to reply to your request.

Get help with Outlook mobile

To contact support for Outlook for iOS or Outlook for Android issues, please contact the mobile in-app support:

  1. Tap Inbox or the account menu button at the top of the app.
  2. Tap the ⁠?⁠ in the bottom of the app.
  3. Select Contact Outlook Mobile Support.
