Symptoms
When you run a dynamic Insert statement that uses the AddWithValue method, the statement fails, and you receive the following error message:
Error Message SqlCode = -206 error message: @Parameter_Name IS NOT VALID IN THE CONTEXT WHERE IT IS USED
Resolution
This problem is fixed in Cumulative Update 1 for Host Integration Server 2016.
