症状

在 Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 或 Skype for Business Server 2015 环境中，你位于启用了 Location-Based 路由 (LBR) 的网络站点中。 在 Mac 客户端上使用Skype for Business发出出站紧急呼叫时，调用将失败。 此外，Windows 客户端的Skype for Business不受影响。

原因

出现此问题的原因是，在这种情况下，Skype for Business Server未向用户分配正确的策略来发送呼叫。

解决方法

若要解决此问题，请安装下列任一更新：

• 对于 2019 Skype for Business Server，请安装 2019 年 7 月累积更新 7.0.2046.123 Web 组件服务器。
• 对于 2015 Skype for Business Server，请安装 2019 年 1 月累积更新 6.0.9319.537 Web 组件服务器。
