过帐预付款的颁发的礼品卡
为了过帐客户付款为预付款在 AX 中颁发的礼品卡进行 POS 中时，您需要在零售参数中进行以下设置︰

作为预付款标志启用进程礼品卡操作。

指定用来保存负责颁发的礼品卡的客户帐户。

还可以设置要过帐使用此过帐模板的礼品卡的预付款预付款的过帐模板。
礼品卡问题操作会反映在类似于常规 POS 销售交易的会计收据。根据礼品卡物料设置计算增值税。
在财务收据打印礼品卡操作
通过以下方式，可能反映在 POS 与财务收据的礼品卡付款︰

作为单独的付款行。这是默认行为。
-
作为特定折扣收货总量前行。这减少了礼品卡付款金额的收货数量。为此，需要在税控打印机配置文件中创建特定的礼品卡折扣行。在这种情况下，该礼品卡付款的单独的付款行不会打印出来。
返回的货物使用礼品卡支付
在客户退回货物购买和使用礼品卡支付，您可以使用礼品卡退款给客户。为此，可以使用礼品卡在 POS 退货交易记录的一部分注册退款支付。可能还具有零初始余额在 POS 此退货交易记录中发出新的礼品卡，然后退款支付使用礼品卡。
使用礼品卡的退款付款可能会反映在作为单独的付款行或折扣线条，类似于销售交易记录的会计收据退货交易记录的会计收据。
