本文介绍 2014 年 10 月 14 日发布的适用于 Microsoft 审核与控制管理服务器 2013 的更新 KB2881010。

改进和修补程序

此更新使审核和控制管理 (ACM) 服务器能够跟踪加密的 Microsoft Excel 文档中的更改（如果条件为 true）：

组织必须配置其桌面计算机以启用 Office 2013 DocRecrypt 工具。了解如何使用 DocRecrypt 工具在 Office 2013 中删除或重置密码。
ACM Server 中对密码加密文件的支持将仅限于 Office 2013 DocRecrypt 工具支持的文件类型。有关 DocRecrypt 的详细信息，请参阅文档。
需要在适用的 ACM 服务器 () 上适当配置 Office 2013 DocRecrypt。必须将相应的托管密钥添加到证书存储，以便服务帐户可以使用 DocRecrypt 工具解密所需的文件。此更新不会配置 DocRecrypt 工具。因此，必须将它与此更新一起下载并安装，才能使此功能正常工作。
应验证 ACM 服务器服务帐户是否可以通过命令行运行 DocRecrypt，以解密服务器上的 Excel 工作簿。如果未成功，则 ACM 服务器将无法跟踪加密文件中的更改。
不使用允许 DocRecrypt 解密文件的指定公钥进行加密的任何文件都不受支持。
如 DocRecrypt 联机技术文档中所述，仔细查看并了解保护私钥安全的必要性。
如果新密钥对用于加密/解密组织中的文件，则 ACM 服务器需要任何以前的私钥才能解密和处理早期版本的跟踪 Excel 工作簿。这是因为 ACM 服务器必须能够比较文件的上一版本和当前版本，才能检测文件中发生的更改。

请注意，跟踪对存储在文件共享上的加密文件的更改时，ACM 服务器可能无法确定更改文件的用户的身份或文件的精确修改时间。这是因为在解密过程中可能不会保留此信息。为了获得最佳结果，建议将重要电子表格存储在 SharePoint 文档库中。
