張貼已發行的禮物卡的 prepayments
若要張貼 POS 中發行的禮物卡設定成 prepayment，以在 AX 客戶付款，您要在零售參數中進行下列設定︰

Prepayments 旗標以啟用程序的禮物卡操作。
-
指定用來容納已發行的禮物卡責任的客戶帳戶。
-
選擇性地設定張貼禮物卡使用這個公佈的設定檔的 prepayments prepayments 的發佈設定檔。
禮物卡問題作業會反映在類似於一般的 POS 銷售交易的會計回條。營業稅的計算方式根據禮物卡項目設定。
列印會計回條的禮物卡作業
您可能會以下列方式來反映 POS 使用會計年度的回條的禮物卡指定付款︰
-
以不同的付款行。這是預設行為。
-
以特定的折扣行之前的回條的總金額。這樣可以減少禮物卡付款金額的回條數量。若要這麼做，您需要建立特定的禮物卡折扣線條會計印表機的組態檔中。在此情況下，不會列印禮物卡付款的個別付款列。
傳回的貨物支付禮物卡
當客戶傳回貨物購買，支付禮物卡時，您可能想要使用禮物卡退款客戶。若要這麼做，您可以在傳回交易的一部份的 POS 禮物卡登錄退款付款。您可能也發行零初始的餘額，POS 中此傳回交易中的 [新的禮物卡，然後使用此禮物卡退款付款。
退貨單 （） 付款禮物卡可能會反映在傳回的交易為個別的付款線條或折扣線條，類似於銷售交易的會計回條的會計回條。

先決條件

重新啟動需求
套用此 hotfix 之後，您必須重新啟動應用程式物件伺服器 (AOS) 服務。
