狀況
當您將信箱從 Microsoft Exchange Server 2007年至 Exchange Server 2013，遷移程序比預期更慢。
原因
當工作負載管理 (WLM) 會停用磁碟延遲監視器，並不會更新上次更新時間，就會發生這個問題。這個節流處理信箱遷移程序。
解決方案
若要修正這個問題，Exchange Server 2013年安裝累積更新 11 。
因應措施
若要解決這個問題，請加入覆寫磁碟延遲監視器，如下列範例所示︰
