當信箱移動到 Exchange Server 2013年或 Exchange Server 2016年時，使用者就無法再存取這些信箱。在下列案例中，就會發生這個問題：

使用者通常會使用 Outlook 無所不在連線到他或她的 Exchange Server 2010年信箱。

使用者的信箱移至 Exchange Server 2013年 」 或 「 Exchange Server 2016年。

在信箱移動，並在使用者嘗試登入之後，他或她會提示，「 Microsoft Exchange 系統管理員所進行的變更需要您結束並重新啟動 Outlook。"

重新啟動 Outlook 之後，用戶端仍然連接中斷最多 12 個小時。
原因
信箱移動完成之後，Exchange Server 2013年或 2016年會繼續 proxy Exchange Server 2010年的自動探索要求。Exchange Server 2010年回應 302 重新導向回 Exchange Server 2013年或 2016 （取決於升級）。
解決方案
若要解決這個問題，請重新啟動自動探索應用程式集區，Exchange Server 2013年或 Exchange Server 2016年伺服器上。
