檢查防火牆

請確定Microsoft Edge未受到防火牆封鎖。

1. 開啟您的Windows Defender設定。

2. 選取防火牆&網路保護>允許應用程式透過防火牆。

3. 選取變更設定>允許另一個應用程式。

4. 針對 64 位電腦新增"%ProgramFiles (x86) %\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate<版本>\MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe"，或針對 32 位電腦新增"%ProgramFiles (x86) %\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe"，其中 <版本> 是「Edge Update」資料夾中的最高數位。 例如，"%ProgramFiles (x86) %\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\1.3.111.19\MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe"

5. 再次嘗試安裝 Edge。
