假設您在 Windows Vista 型或 Windows Server 2008 型電腦上安裝 Symantec Endpoint Protection 或 Forefront TMG，該電腦內含「Microsoft知識庫」中所說明的 Hotfix (知識庫) 文章 979612 或任何較新版本的 Hotfix 且內含已安裝的 Tcpip.sys 檔案更新。 例如，假設您在執行 Windows Vista 或 Windows Server 2008 Microsoft電腦上安裝知識庫文章 2553549 中所述的 Hotfix。 在這些情況下，電腦會隨機當機。 此外，您會收到類似下列的停止錯誤訊息：

  • 此停止錯誤說明DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL問題。
  • 此停止錯誤訊息中的參數會因電腦的設定而異。
  • 並非所有的「停止0x000000D1」錯誤都是由此問題所致。
  • 以 KB 979612 為單位的 Tcpip.sys 檔案版本為 6.0.6002.22320 (LDR 分支/V1 套件) 。 以 KB 2553549 為單位的 Tcpip.sys 檔案版本為 6.0.6002.22643。 因此，KB 2553549包含此問題。
  • 包含 Tcpip.sys 檔案較新更新的特定 Hotfix 列於「更多資訊」一節。

原因

發生此問題的原因是傳輸控制通訊協定 (TCP) 意外變更從網路層傳送的資料包。 當網路層將資料包傳送至 TCP 時，TCP 會傳回具有相同網路層標頭大小值的資料包。 在 Windows 篩選平台 (WFP) 處理或檢查網路層標頭大小的值之後，TCP 會變更值。 不過，在某些程式碼路徑中，TCP 不會還原網路層標頭大小的值。 因此，網路層和TCP之間的協議被破壞。

解決方式
