問題

Windows 7 版 Outlook 及舊版 Windows 停止連接到 Microsoft 365 信箱。

狀態：已修正

調查問題之後，大部分案例都已經解決，透過在作業系統上啟用 TLS 1.2、更新以在 Windows 版 WinHTTP 中啟用 TLS 1.1 和 TLS 1.2 做為預設安全通訊協定

應安裝本文提及的作業系統更新，而且應該存在下列登錄機碼：

• DefaultSecureProtocols 登錄項目:

  x86 型電腦的登錄位置:
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\WinHttp
  DWORD 名稱: DefaultSecureProtocols

  x64 型電腦的登錄位置:
