簡介

根據自2007年起生效的法國法律，會計軟體應具備將財務交易匯出為文字檔以供歸檔的功能。 截至2013年的最新變更，自2014年1月1日起，所有在法國營運的公司都必須遵守此規定。 提供金融資料匯出有兩種選項：結構化平面 ASCII 檔案與 XML 訊息。 目前 AX 提供建立結構化平面檔案的功能。
本文說明，針對法國的 Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2、Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 及 Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 中，提供針對法國的財務資料匯出特定國家更新。

此更新修改或新增以下功能：

  1. 現在可以為每個資料匯出表中定義的 SysQuery 及其所有過濾與排序功能， (法國與德國) 。

  2. 法國匯出檔案格式更新：

    • 第一列包含欄位標題。 使用者在資料匯出欄位中定義的檔案文字用於此目的。
    • 場分離器是管子「|」。
    • 所有欄位（包括文字）皆匯出時不加撇號。
    • 所有基於日期資料類型的欄位皆匯出為 YYYMMDD 格式。

  3. 新增一組表格方法，可立即用於匯出定義 (資料匯出欄位，) 或作為自訂範例：

    • deAbsoluteAccountingCurrencyAmount_FR - 出口會計貨幣的絕對數量。 新增於 AX 2012 (R2) 及 AX 2009 SP1) (LedgerTrans
    • deDirection_FR - 匯出會計方向 (D - 借方金額，C - 貸方金額) 。 新增於 AX 2012 (R2) 及 AX 2009 SP1) (LedgerTrans
    • deLedgerAccount_FR - 匯出主帳號作為一個條目。 新增至 LedgerJournalAccountEntry (AX 2012 \ R2)
    • deLedgerAccountName_FR - 匯出主帳號名稱作為條目。 新增至 LedgerJournalAccountEntry (AX 2012 \ R2)

您必須安裝 Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2、Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 或 Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 才能套用此熱修正。

重新啟動需求

在套用熱修正後，必須重新啟動 AOS) 服務 (Application Object Server。
