症狀

在安裝 2023 年 1 月或 2023 年 2 月 Microsoft Exchange Server 2019、2016 或 2013 的安全更新後，且啟用 PowerShell 序列化有效載荷憑證簽署後，Exchange 工具箱與佇列檢視器無法啟動。

此外，您會收到 System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException 錯誤訊息及以下 Unhandled Exception 錯誤訊息：

• Unhandled Exception in Managed Code Snap-in
• Deserialization fails due to one SerializationException: System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException: The input stream is not a valid binary format. The starting contents (in bytes) are: 23-73-69-67-23-72-2A-00-00-00-01-00-00-00-FF-FF-FF ... 
• at System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Binary.SerializationHeaderRecord.Read(__BinaryParser input)
• Exception type: System.InvalidCastException

原因

如果啟用 PowerShell 序列化 Payload 的憑證簽署功能，受管程式碼的 snap-in 不會反序列化 PowerShell 物件。

解決方式

此問題已在 Exchange Server 的 2023 年 3 月安全性更新中修正。 請遵循下列步驟：

1. 安裝 2023 年 3 月的安全更新。
