症狀

此問題發生在你安裝另一個語言包到 Windows 8、Windows Server 2012、Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) ，或 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 時。

原因

此問題發生於語言包目錄中，若檔案名稱超過 127 字元，當字元加入目錄資料庫時會被截斷。 若系統中存在超過三個此類目錄，系統會在每次開始時重建目錄資料庫。 因此，開始時間會增加。
