狀況

當磁碟區陰影複製服務 (VSS) 的硬體提供者會採取清除非持續性的快照集超過 3 分鐘時，作業就會中止由 vss。因此，硬體提供者會有足夠的時間刪除所有非持續性的快照集。發生這個問題時，您可能會遇到下列一或多個下列的徵狀︰

  • 硬體提供者處於錯誤狀態。


  • 目的地 Lun 處於不一致的狀態。


  • 在下一步的 VSS 操作，提供者已禁止，SCSI 錯誤發生。

  • 在 [裝置管理員] 中，為磁碟裝置運作不正常的狀態的磁碟裝置前面顯示一個驚嘆號 （！）。

注意如果快照集具有多個邏輯單元編號 (LUN) 裝置，通常就會發生這個問題。


執行下列作業系統之一的電腦上，就會發生這個問題︰

  • Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2)

  • Windows 2008 Server

  • Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2)

  • Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1)

原因

VSS 會自動結束服務時閒置三分鐘，就會發生這個問題。

VSS 會進入閒置狀態時 VSS 硬體提供者還能夠清除非持續性的快照集。如果清理程序尚未完成三分鐘過後，VSS 服務就會結束，並不會檢查是否硬體提供者是否仍要刪除的非持續性的快照集。因此，會發生這個問題。

解決方案

Hotfix 資訊

支援的 hotfix 可從 Microsoft 取得。不過，此 Hotfix 僅用於修正本文中所述的問題。此 hotfix 只適用於發生本文所述之問題的系統。此 hotfix 可能會接受其他測試。因此，如果此問題的影響不會很嚴重，我們建議您等候含此 hotfix 的下一版軟體更新。

如果 hotfix 可供下載，在此知識庫文件頂端將出現「可用的 Hotfix」區段。如果這個區段沒有出現，請連絡 Microsoft 客戶服務及支援以取得 hotfix。

先決條件

若要套用此 hotfix，電腦必須執行下列作業系統其中一項︰

  • Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2)

  • Windows 2008 Server

  • Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2)

  • Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1)

此外，您必須先安裝此 hotfix 之前，先停止磁碟區陰影複製服務 (VSS)。

重新啟動需求

您不必套用此 hotfix 之後，重新啟動電腦。
