狀況

當磁碟區陰影複製服務 (VSS) 的硬體提供者會採取清除非持續性的快照集超過 3 分鐘時，作業就會中止由 vss。因此，硬體提供者會有足夠的時間刪除所有非持續性的快照集。發生這個問題時，您可能會遇到下列一或多個下列的徵狀︰

  • 硬體提供者處於錯誤狀態。

  • 目的地 Lun 處於不一致的狀態。

  • 在下一步的 VSS 操作，提供者已禁止，SCSI 錯誤發生。

  • 在 [裝置管理員] 中，為磁碟裝置運作不正常的狀態的磁碟裝置前面顯示一個驚嘆號 （！）。

注意如果快照集具有多個邏輯單元編號 (LUN) 裝置，通常就會發生這個問題。執行下列作業系統之一的電腦上，就會發生這個問題︰

  • Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2)

  • Windows 2008 Server

  • Windows Vista Service Pack 2 (SP2)

  • Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1)

原因

VSS 會自動結束服務時閒置三分鐘，就會發生這個問題。VSS 會進入閒置狀態時 VSS 硬體提供者還能夠清除非持續性的快照集。如果清理程序尚未完成三分鐘過後，VSS 服務就會結束，並不會檢查是否硬體提供者是否仍要刪除的非持續性的快照集。因此，會發生這個問題。

解決方案

Hotfix 資訊

重新啟動需求
