原因
Exchange Server 2019 CU11 和 Exchange Server 2016 CU22 推出兩個新的 EULA 設定參數，並移除現有的參數 (IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms) 。 這項變更可讓系統管理員設定在 Exchange Server 2019 CU11 和 Exchange Server 2016 CU22 及之後 CUs 中完成診斷資料收集的狀態。
解決方案
若要接受 EULA 並設定診斷資料收集的狀態，請使用下列其中一個參數：

/IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms_DiagnosticDataON (此參數可讓您將資料傳送至 Microsoft.)
