When you upgrade from Internet Explorer version 4.0 or 4.01 to Windows 98
or Microsoft Internet Explorer Service Pack 1 and Internet Explorer is
configured to use Medium Security, the "Initialize and script ActiveX
controls not marked as safe" option in Security Settings in Internet
Properties is automatically set to "Disable". This may prevent some
ActiveX controls from working correctly, or working at all.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, manually configure this option in Security Settings
in Internet Properties. To do so, use the following steps:
Internet Explorer 4 and Microsoft Windows 98
Internet Explorer 5
